Our mission
It would be our pleasure to accommodate you as our guests.
The House
A spacious 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms luxury villa. Beds are king-size and equipped with the best quality matrasses.
You have 2 fully equipped kitchens at your disposal; one of them in the Mediterranean garden for outside eating.
You can park 2 cars in an indoor automated garage. We have 4 big terraces at your disposal; 2 of them are covered which makes them completely suitable for all-day lounging.
A large pool is equipped with massage turbines and is autonomously lit so…feel free to use it at any time of day…or night.
Outside of the house, there are olive trees, apples and plums.
The floor surfaces in the ground floor of the house are cooled/heated for added comfort on those hot summer days.
The Surroundings
We are located in the heart of the world famous Opatija Riviera. The house is nested on a hill, above the city of Lovran.
It is easily accessed by local road but, at the same time, it’s unique position beneath the green forest mountain awards it with some of the most beautiful views of the whole Kvarner bay.
The house itself is somewhat secluded and separated from the neighboring houses by a beautiful green wall of our garden plants (thus, if you wish it so, you can be in complete peace).
Several local beaches are less than 10 min away and the local towns are full of world class restaurants serving fresh local fish and famous Croatian cusine.
The region
Istria is one of the most beautiful parts of Croatia. With the whole peninsula covered in modern highways, historic cities of Pula (with one of the world’s largest Roman built coliseums) and Rovinj are a short drive away. National park Brioni is close by (yes, the James Bond suits got their name after this island archipelago). If you’re so inclined, Italy is less than an hour drive away.
You can go for a morning coffee to the European espresso capital Trieste or drive just a bit further…all the way to Venice.
If you decide to stick with Croatia and stay in the Istria region, you won’t be sorry.
Istria is full of scenic wine roads, truffle roads, historic medieval towns and, most importantly, some of the friendliest people you have ever met.

Nice and comfortable accomodation on excellent position, close enough to the beach, far enough from city rush and summer crowds, not so far from mountain tops. Surrounded by virgin nature and shady forests. Magnificent Kvarner Bay view. Kind and pleasant landlady. Recommend!

We have been staying in this beautiful villa with whole family. Is modern , perfectly located ( when on the beach is hot , at the Villa is comfortable as located on the mountainside. What’s the view try to experience yourself. If a chance we will repeat it for sure.
